Who needs attention. Five employees have no completed or running course this year. Anas Qasim passed ML523 at 71%, just above the pass mark; a short check-in before Plant Layout Level I starts on 25 October would help.

Reading of the matrix. The B31.8 column is the weakest across every role that needs it, which is what the in-house course on 29 November addresses. Graduates moved one level in components and documents after ML523. Nobody in operations and maintenance has had integrity and repair training; Fitness for Service or the repair module of B31.8 would cover it.

How targets are set

You set the target level per role with your account manager. Levels after training come from the course assessment and a short manager review 30 days later.
