Two kinds of certificate. A MALYOMAR certificate of completion is designed, numbered and signed here (numbers start MY-). An ASME certificate is issued by ASME for ASME authorized programs; MALYOMAR submits the completion roster, then files the document it receives against the learner (tracking numbers start AX-). How a certificate is issued
- Instructor confirms attendance and scores in the instructor portal
- Attendance of 80% or more, pass mark met, seat paid
- Number assigned, PDF generated from the template, QR code points to the public verify page
- Emailed to the learner, added to the learner portal, credits written to the CEU / PDH ledger

ASME certificates are never generated from a MALYOMAR template.
Revocations and re-issues
MY-2026-0301 revoked 20 Aug: course hours printed as 36 instead of 30. Replaced by MY-2026-0302.
MY-2026-0293 re-issued 21 Jul: family name spelling corrected at the learner's request (ticket T-0905).
A revoked number stays in the register and shows as revoked on the public verify page. Only Operations lead and Owner roles can revoke. Roles & permissions
