Software seats are issued to learners for the days of the batch and returned to the pool when attendance is closed. Learner machines are checked in the live session setup call.

These rooms, laboratories and licences belong to partner organisations. They are not MALYOMAR inventory: capacity and availability are what the owner publishes, a booking is a responsibility on a joint delivery, and the owner is paid by settlement under its agreement, not by purchase order. Hotel venues bought case by case stay in Purchasing.

Print masters come from Documents, Course materials. ASME authorized programs use downloadable notes on the ASME learning platform, so they need access codes, not binders.

Shortages
2FFS course binders. B-2613 is full at 16 seats; 10 binders are in stock. Six more are needed by 29 Oct.
ML514 binders not ordered. B-2617 has 4 of 18 seats. Printing waits for the batch to be confirmed; the printer needs 7 working days.
ROHR2 seats if ML510 fills. B-2614 has 20 seats and the licence has 15. At 6 seats sold there is no shortage yet.
Forecast. Stress courses on the calendar and on waitlists (ML508, ML510, ML531) need up to 20 software seats in one week in early 2027. Cheapest cover: cap ML510 at 15 seats, or add 5 temporary ROHR2 seats for the week. CAESAR II has no batch before its 30 Nov expiry; renewal can wait until an ML531 date is set.
