How a waitlist turns into a batch

  • A visitor presses "Notify me" on a course page, or sales adds a company request.
  • When waiting seats reach break-even, this page marks the course "Enough demand to open a batch".
  • The new batch is offered to the waitlist for 72 hours before it appears on the public schedule.
  • If no own instructor or room is free, the batch can be delivered with approved partners. The waitlist still converts into one order and one enrolment per learner. Partner directory
  • Accepted offers become orders and enrollments. The rest stay on the list.
