How a booking is checked

  • Registration cut-off: is the batch still open for booking?
  • Seats: is there a free seat, or does the learner join the waitlist?
  • Prerequisites and screening: has the learner completed the required course?
  • Payment: seat held until paid, or until the purchase order is received.
  • Transfer and cancellation windows apply from the start date.
Staff with the right role can override any check; overrides are written to the audit log.
