AI summary on top. Schedules marked with the summary chip open with three or four sentences on what changed since the last run, written from the same figures as the attachment. Last Sunday’s batch report led with: "B-2614 is the only batch below break-even; it needs 3 more seats by 25 Oct."

A run is skipped when the report has no rows, for example "Batches below break-even" on a week when none are. Sent files are kept for 12 months in the document library; each send is also written to the audit log.
What each person receives
